Bianko Trading & Contracting Company is one of the premier and pioneer contracting companies in the State of Qatar employing a workforce of around 400 employees of different nationalities. For years, Bianko has managed to meet the challenges in a complex local construction & contracting business.

With all the various projects Bianko has been successfully completed it proves that quality and efficiency are its primary concerns. Through its commitment to excellence since day one of operation Bianko is known in the construction industry as an organization founded on professionalism, quality and efficiency.

Company’s History

In December of 2002, a group of top Qatari Construction Professionals, headed by its Chairman, Mr. Ali Muheiddin Zaghmout, decided to form Bianko Trading & Contracting Company to focus on the civil construction works of the organization. From the time when Bianko was established it has been successfully doing construction business in Qatar in the field of building luxurious villas and compounds, renovations and maintenance works, steel works and commercial buildings. It has built various construction projects with the assistance of famous international designers and architects in the following years of the operation.

Bianko Trading & Contracting was able to sustain its good standing in the industry over the years because of the dedicated professionals in the top management, middle management, engineers and all the staff that consistently working as one in order to contribute to the company’s success.

Maintaining excellence in the safety of the work being done is a primary requirement not only for well-being of the personnel engaged in construction work but also for the benefits that accrue through higher moral and the expedition of the construction time of a project. It is for this reason, a safety program is formulated. Bianko Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L. is fully committed in ensuring health and safety of all personnel, in the preservation of environment and security requirement, permit to work systems and safety regulations for contractors. We will adhere to the following Qatar Gas and Qatar national standards:

 

  • Environment, health and safety (EHS) and site security requirements for all the contractors and their workers.
  • Qatar Supreme Council for the environment and Natural Reserves Guidelines.
  • State of Qatar Environmental Protection Standards.
  • Qatar Construction Specification (QCS)
  • Sanitation Laws & Regulation of Qatar Ministry of municipal Affairs.
  • Quality Policy and Procedures for Environmental Impact Assessments (1977) and the related Environmental Protection Standards. (1998)

BIANKO TRADING & CONTRACTING CO W.L.L. has an existing HSE Manual that will be used in the conjunction with all above.

BIANKO TRADING & CONTRACTING CO W.L.L. quality management system, which constitutes an assurance of the ability to provide to provide consistent services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements, is subject to continuous review and improvement to ensure conformity and quality. It is governed by comprehensive documentation outlining procedures, instructions, forms, drawings covering all activities that affect the quality and consistency of operational processes, thus ensuring the quality of all work undertaken by BIANKO TRADING & CONTRACTING CO W.L.L.

Directly reporting to the senior management, full time safety supervisors and safety inspectors ensure that all aspects of the safety program and its associated procedures are observed and implemented in all projects and undertakings. Training is provided to ensure that all employees understand the importance of safety and accept responsibility in maintaining safety standards.
